My Proud Memory: The Girl with the Drum 🥁✨

In my school days, I went to many dance competitions. Usually, girls dance, but my teacher gave me a different role. I was the only girl in my school who played the drum. I felt very proud of that. In Grade 8, I danced for the 'Anila Vannama', but after that, I always played the drum. We performed Sabaragamuwa style in competitions. It was a very special experience for me to be a female drummer. 👧💪

I have one favorite memory from my last competition. While I was playing the drum, one judge looked at me with a big smile. He really liked my drumming sound and my talent. I felt so happy at that moment because the judges appreciated my hard work. It is a beautiful and proud memory for me. I am very happy about my skills. It was a wonderful time in my life! 😊🥁🏆
